Embrace is the best I've found!

I've said this before, but Embrace is better than any pet insurance I have found. I personally have used PetFirst and the AKC insurance. Neither holds a candle to Embrace.

Great Insurance company!

Healthy Paws Insurance has been a outstanding relief for us. We have needed their financial protection for both our dogs. We cannot say enough great things about this company. They make it very easy to file a claim and they respond in a very timely manner. Their caring and concern for our pets and us is truly genuine and appreciated.

Wonderful Company

I have filed two claims with them. One was not covered - pre-existing condition, but they were very helpful. The other was when my Lab mix was hit by a car. If we hadn't had the insurance, we wouldn't have been able to afford to save her.

Fast Claims

I am so grateful I signed up with Embrace. Unfortunately, in the past 6 months between our 3 dogs, we have had 2 major surgeries, a biopsy, and an eye issue that we still do not know the cause.

Another quick claim payment

I have a pup less than a year and a half who's had to have two surgeries, one last year and one this year already, and Embrace paid quickly beyond my deductible. They communicate well and the system is user friendly and easy to find information. If I had one complaint it is the form that must be filled out by the vet or surgeon. I really hate bothering them with this type of thing. It's administrative and they are super busy. I would hate to know that my vet was late in dealing with my dog because they were filling out a form. I should be able to fill it out and send in the appropriate receipt(s). Mostly am very happy with the service and the price is fair.

Worst experience

I have verified that embrace received all documentation supporting my claims over 7 (yes 7) times. I have driven to my vet's office and sat on the phone confirming they've received the fax. I have requested and received a confirmation email stating embrace has everything they need. 2 days ago I called again and confirmed that all documentation is there and being reviewed by the claim person. Just today I received notification that my claim has been processed. I log in and it say the claim was cancelled due to lack of information. It has been a month since I submitted all paperwork, endless calls and confirmations and now this??? Unbelievably frustrated with me experience. Get it together embrace!
