Itchy relief by Trupanion.
Trupanion has always paid exactly how the policy has outlined. Our dog has had allergies since she was a pup and has received allergy pills & shots. I submit the claims & Trupanion pays in a timely period and the amount that we applied for. We have proceeded with getting a determination of her allergies and hope to have some answers soon. Thank you!

I am having quite a lot of trouble with a claim.
I am having quite a lot of trouble with a claim. Even after getting pre approval for a procedure, the claim has been denied. I don't know if it is because of the way the veterinary submitted it or not.
