My pet suffers from allergies and seizures. I am recently unemployed and the best decision I made was to up her accident and sickness plan to include wellness. I recently took her in for her yearly physical and vaccines and blood work to check her levels to ensure she is on the right dosage still for seizures and bought her seizure medication and shampoo. My claim came up to 289 dollars and I was reimbursed for all the wellness expenses and my accident and sickness was put towards my deductible. The claim was processed in a timely manner and recently I purchased her heart worm medication and it was fully reimbursed and this was handled within one week. Very pleased with the quick turn around time. And very happy I added wellness to my plan. She is able to receive the help she needs with little financial burden to me, loosing my job recently this is very important to me. Her wellness and health are not burdensome for me at all and I am so thankful for Pet Embrace, I did a lot of research three years ago and am thrilled I made the RIGHT CHOICE! I do tell everyone about Pet Embrace at the dog park and vet's office and my friends and family. Best decision in the world!

Everything went well. The amount of the proceedure was $495.00 and I received $300.00. I wish it was alittle more, however it was fair.

After much research I decided to go with Healthy Paws for a few reasons:Reasonable premiums Healthy Paws company is financially healthy No fine print in the contract, very simple 90% coverage available with 100.00 deductible My two claims were processed immediately with no quibbling about coverage terms and limits. Love that! I could say a lot more good things but I'm out of space to type.

Embrace was very prompt in both issuing a claim check and handling a cancellation for my recently deceased friend, CG. She stopped eating and being her perky self. After an expensive procedure to diagnose the issue, Embrace covered 75% of the bill which helped a lot. It turned out to be pancreatic cancer and CG went to kitty heaven a few weeks later. Embrace was very understanding and caring when I told them about CG and handled the administration quickly. In addition, the customer care team sent a very nice card and made a gift to www.irememberyou.org in CG's memory. My wife, Mary, and I want to thank the entire staff at Embrace, and especially Christy, who works for both Embrace and our Vet, and handles our paperwork. My first Pet Insurance so I cannot compare, but I must say that my experience is superb! the Vet clinic faxed the claim form for me on a Thursday and I received an email the very next day and my check was in the mail on Monday. All of this while I was getting updates on my claim status. The process is painless and I even signed up to get my next reimbursements via direct deposit! the customer service staff (all three of them) have been sweet and sound happy to talk and answer questions.

Embrace is amazing! I will never own a dog without having embrace. They are so helpful and always on time! Truly amazing!!

WE JUST PAID OUT ABOUT $4100 DOLLARS. I WAS SMART AND BOUGHT THE BEST POLICY AND GOT 90% BACK WHICH IS ABOUT $3700 BACK.SHE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND THEY DID A BLOOD PROCEDURE WHICH WAS ABOUT $2300. WE FILLED ON A FRIDAY AND WERE NOTIFIED ON THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY.

we wouldn't go without health insurance for our selves so why would we go without health insurance for our fur baby. It's so nice to be reembursed for our vet visits and meds. We have peace of mind of knowing that if our little Khloe ever has a major health issue or surgery that our pet insurance will be there to help.

This insurance is a must have! I used to have VPI for my other dog that had numerous health problems. He unfortunately passed away from cancer last year. Their fee schedule was an absolute joke as I believe it was from the stone ages. After taking in a stray dog we looked into a new insurance. Healthy Paws seemed like a good choice after reading the positive reviews and looking at their reimbursement practices. I just had to use if for the first time to have a growth removed from our dog. They literally processed the claim in a day. I received an email that our reimbursement check was on its way. I received it within 3 days total. VPI took weeks to send their piddly reimbursement check. Healthy Paws paid 90% of the claim and I could not be happier! They even sent a follow up email to check on Addie. I don't mind paying a little more for efficient service as well as a great reimbursement rate. The best part is that there is no cap! I wish I would have had it for my Boxer that was riddled with health problems from the start. Do yourself a favor and don't wait because veterinary care can be in the thousands. It will save you in the long run as we all want what is best for our pets.
