Great company, awesome service!!!!
I have been an Embrace policy holder for 4 for almost a year now. We have one puppy that seems to be the 'problem' child when it comes to illness, regardless, he is worth it and Embrace has helped each step of the way to ensure that each claim is processed in a timely manner. I cannot say enough about the Embrace employees, each has been extremely helpful and responsive to all questions. Love you guys/gals!!!!

Excellent as always
My chocolate lab needed surgery to remove a rock he ate. The rock got stuck in his intestine(s), and actually perforated his bowel. This is the 2nd time in less than 2 years that this has happened. With both of these instances, and every other claim we have filed with Embrace, the service has been second to none. I recommend Embrace to everyone who has a pet. Covering my 4 dogs was one of the best decisions I have ever made concerning them!

Satisfied
We took out a policy on our dog when we got her in 2008. Our previous dog was sick a lot and it was costly. ASPCA insurance has paid almost all of our medical bills for our dog including wellness. We got the top policy.

So glad we have pet insurance on our Berner!
About three years ago, we decided we should get pet insurance for our Bernese Mountain dog and our cat. We chose ASPCA insurance based on various recommendations. The Berner has had several surgeries to remove benign tumors, but most recently our Berner had a tumor removed that turned out to be cancerous. We are so thankful that we have ASPCA insurance and they have covered a majority of the chemotherapy costs. Some of the vet costs have been considered over and above their allowable charges, but it has still proven to be one of the best decisions to buy the pet insurance. A company representative contacted us to find out how our dog was doing, which I thought was a very personalized service!

Embrace is simply fantastic!
Our 8 y/o GSD required a total knee replacement. Unfortunately, things did not go smoothly and there were complications (torn ligaments) that required an additional four(!) surgeries - including ligament repair, an allograft, and ultimately a second new knee - over a period of approximately ten months. Needless to say, this was an incredibly expensive and emotionally trying ordeal. All the surgeries, follow-ups, radiographs, etc. cost approximately $20,000. We submitted over a dozen claims to Embrace throughout the experience and they were always processed and paid quickly. Because the process usually went so smoothly I rarely needed to contact Embrace. But the few times that I did I spoke to helpful and caring employees. In total, Embrace reimbursed us our annual maximum of $15,000. When your best friend is ill or injured, the very last thing you want to worry about is money. Having Embrace helped us focus on what mattered most: the health of our dog. As a result of this experience I have enthusiastically recommended Embrace to every pet owner I know. Five friends/family have already heeded my advice and insured their dogs with Embrace. Our experience is probably best summed up by the fact that my wife wants to bake ‘thank you cookies' for all the Embrace employees!

Puppy, with limp
Embrace has been amazing! We have a new puppy and have gone through a ton of test to find out why our doodle is limping. It was very stressful, and we had doctors scratching their head. He was only barely 1 year old when this started happening. Sending in claims, and receipts has been easy, the website is easy to use, the customer service at Embrace is great! We have gotten all of our requests approved in a timely manner! We will recommend to everyone Embrace Pet Insurance is the way to go! Thank you Embrace for making a stressful time easier!!

Great Customer Service, Timely reimbursements
I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Embrace. My 9-month-old pure breed Collie has a very serious heart condition that requires frequent visits to a cardiologist and very expensive meds. Embrace has been great to work with even when I appealed a claim. I'll never have a pet without insurance again.

Wonderful Experience!
The ASPCA could not have been more helpful or easier to work with regarding a claim for our fur-baby, Maggie. Our coverage plan allowed us to be reimbursed for ~80% of the cost for a surgical procedure this year, and we received the reimbursement about 10 days after submitting it! We also received a couple follow up calls from the ASPCA to check on our little Maggie and ask if we needed anything else. I wish ALL insurance companies could be as customer centric, caring and pleasant to work with as the ASPCA!

Well worth it
We decided to get VPI insurance when we brought home our 2 french bulldog puppies - unfortunately I picked up the policy for our female after we had her spayed. I learned with our male and had his policy in force before he was scheduled to be neutered. Our vet bill for the neutering was around $418 (including shots, flea medicine, heartworm, etc), of which VPI reimbursed us around $408. We have the wellness plan as well, which picked up the cost of flea/heartworm medicine. I received the reimbursement into my bank account within 7 days of submitting the claim. Very quick and easy!
