Pets Best has been great through 5 pets so far. Payments have been fast. When there has been a problem they work through it very quickly. I always recommend them to other pet owners if they do not have pet insurance.

Dino is normally a high-energy cat who is constantly getting into mischief. When I found him hiding/sleeping for hours (and actually behaving himself), I knew something was very wrong. And of course, it happened on a weekend but luckily, I could take him to a 24-hour emergency animal hospital. He has since made a full recovery (misbehaving as usual) and I'm glad he is a pet insurance purr-ticipant.

Our three dogs have been with VPI/Nationwide for over 10 years. The service is unparalleled in the health insurance industry (whether pets or people). Customer service reps are always courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The policies are explained well, and reps answer any questions. VPI/Nationwide will usually cover a percentage of issues - with exceptions of course. You just need to read the policy. Covering preventatives like part of the flea/tick/heartworm and vaccines is wonderful.. We've had a dog with back surgery and another with corneal ulcers. Nationwide has paid a good percentage of those issues. Best pet insurance, ever.

Just got a new puppy. My daughter recommended Pets Best. Claim process was so simple. Scanned vet bill in and submitted online. Reimbursement was directly deposited into my bank account. Super quick and easy. Thanks

Fast easy claims process

I enrolled my young dog with Embrace early this year after a friend recommended the company both for the reasonable cost of insurance and the easy-to-deal with staff. I thought coverage would provide some protection against potential costly problems in my girl's later years. Imagine my shock when she became injured and needed expensive surgery and treatment! This company couldn't have been more responsive and the staff is awesome--nice to deal with, clear, and as helpful as they can be. Claims are easy to file; staff reviews claims within a specified time period; and payment is provided quickly and directly to your account if you request it. I am so happy I chose Embrace. Dealing with ill or injured pets is a nightmare; having help with the high cost of veterinary care eases some of that pain.

Bosco was lame one day when i came home. Took him to the vet, they took x-rays to make sure there were no fractures. Luckily it was just a sprained elbow. Submitted my claim the following day and had a reimbursement check within a week!! Super happy and satisfied with Pets Best. The claim process was easy and such a fast response, who could complain?? Thank you for such a speedy response to my claim! Our old insurance company's first response took a month and payment (when we didn't' have to argue about it) was 6 to 8 weeks out. I hope that as you grow you will continue to treat claims in the manner which you do now.
