We rescued a dog in the hopes of avoiding some of the inherited diseases we had encountered with previous purebred dogs. Unfortunately we get a dog with not one but two bad back legs. We have had a myriad of issues and Nationwide has handled them all. It truly has been a lifesaver!

The process for submitting a claim is very easy. I do wish they could be evaluated faster, however I do appreciate the update emails explain delays rather than not hearing anything at all. My experience with Pets Best has been very good to date.

Although premium is high, the service and reimbursements have worked very well, and it is a relief to know my dog will have the very best care all her life.

We feel very confident that what we have will cover whatever comes up with our pet! Very happy so far!

It was taking longer than usual to process my claim, but I was promptly notified when they realized it was going to take longer than expected. Once my claim was processed I got a detailed list of what was covered, the amount that was/wasn’t covered, AND why things were not covered if they weren’t. I love that I had already gotten answers to questions I knew I’d have.

Without this insurance we would no longer have this beautiful, rambunctious (AKC registered) Siberian Huskey! He needed surgery, without insurance, we may not have chosen that route. He brings such joy to our home and is an emotional support dog for our son who suffered a stroke, we would be lost without him. My Vet recommended we get insurance when he was a puppy, so glad we followed her advice. We also carry insurance on our Border Collie. This insurance has been a great benefit for regular appointments and vaccinations for both dogs. We happily pay our monthly premiums so as to continue to enjoy our beautiful dogs, knowing that if something serious does come up we will have less fretting and more confidence to do our best for our dogs.

Nationwide has covered the majority of the 'casualty' issues my pal Nicky has encountered in recent years. I'm not great about remembering to submit paperwork fast, but Nationwide still processes their end in a timely manner. I have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of coverage Nationwide has reimbursed.

I can't say enough good things about Embrace Pet Insurance. Going through a cancer diagnosis with your dog and then chemotherapy, follow ups and all the other tough things that happen is emotionally and physically draining.
