Absolutely the most pleasant insurance!
I do not know where to begin. The whole journey was absolutely pleasant, easy and effortless. The team is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. I was updated along the way and the level of professionalism is beyond comparison. Halfway through my claim, a different agent had to take over but the transition was seamless. I am so happy with my choice to have Lemonade as my insurer for my fur baby and they are worth every penny. Trust me, I did my thorough research and decided for Lemonade at the end. Very easy automated step-by-step process. Great guided experience.
I loved that I could do everything in the app. I was taken through the process step-by-step. It was easy to submit documents. And my claim was paid out the next day directly to my bank account. Very little additional effort on my part. Helped that my vet was very familiar with what I would need for a pet insurance claim, and made sure I had everything emailed to me ahead of time.

Lemonade Pet Policy Review
