Great insurance and very helpful. Got my claim and reimbursement back in a few short days!

My 3 year old lab got into a 250 tablet bottle of melatonin. While the bottle wasn't completely full there was a lot in there. ASPCA poison control figures it was probably 10 x the lethal dose. Fortunately, I discovered it and within 30 minutes or less of ingestion and made her vomit. Then began the vet drill. I called my vet who advised me to call the ASPCA poison control (PC) line and bring her in immediately. PC was amazing throughout and only cost $65. I took my dog to my usual vet around 4 pm for the initial treatment which was estimated to be $377 but turned out to be $715. She had to be transferred to a 24 hour vet for overnight treatment and on-going observation. Luckily she responded very well to treatment and was discharged the next night after about $1300 of services and then only needed another $100 blood panel the next day. I gathered all of my receipts together and submitted my claim to Embrace wondering if they would really cover everything per the policy. Sure enough they did! Even better my claims were processed within 1 week! It was a huge relief going through the event to know that I had insurance for my dog and an even bigger relief when Embrace processed everything without question. I've had other minor claims but this was the first (and hopefully last) big test of Embrace and I am very pleased. Easy peasy FAST process. Thank you very much Embrace. And most importantly my lab is doing great!

We got Bella as a puppy. She was and is our first dog, and we were a little unsure about her care in the beginning (not so different from when we had my daughter actually). She has had some issues caused by ingesting the wrong things, as well as some urinary tract issues. In the four years that we have had Pets Best insurance we have made numerous claims, and have never been denied or treated unfairly. The staff has always been courteous, polite, and helpful. I think Bella is a lively loving little dog today partly because of Pets Best. Thank you George and Janet Randolph

We have only had Embrace for about 6 months now, but we absolutely LOVE it! Our baby boy Oliver has wellness coverage, which covered his neuter completely! He has also had a few minor issues (very upset belly and a lump on his back leg) and we were able to see our vet with the notion that Embrace has our back and will cover a hefty percentage of our bill due to our current benefit elections. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this to anyone who has a fur baby and wants piece of mind!! We LOVE Embrace!!

This is the first time I've ever submitted a claim for pet insurance. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the claim was processed and I received my check. The only drawback is that I have to bother my vet to fill out the claim form instead of just sending in my invoice.

I have been very happy with Embrace's service and the promptness of their processing. I recently lost one of my dogs and I received a very thoughtful sympathy card. I appreciate their concern.

I rescued Charley Brown just over a year ago. He had an ear infection at that time, but that was his only known health issue. It turns out he has osteoarthritis and now we're looking at kidney issues. There is no way I could afford his acupuncture (which has worked wonders, btw) and all his kidney tests. Embrace has been awesome, and I can't thank them enough for helping to get this sweet boy healthy!

After 3 1/2 years of coverage with Embrace, I fortunately have only had to make 2 claims for illness related medical expenses . I haven't yet had full reimbursement because of not exceeding my deductible because I'm lucky to have a healthy kitcat The online reimbursement claims have been processed quickly and with individualized returned e-messages.
