Nationwide has exceeded out expectations for insurance coverage. Unfortunately, our French Bulldog suffered a ruptured disc. Nationwide has handled our claims seamlessly.

We have been with Healthy Paws since August, 2017. Our 3 pound poodle has had various issues from simple ear infections, tummy troubles to major abdominal surgery and even back lacerations from a large dog attack and Healthy Paws has been there for us! I would never have a pet without this insurance company! They have stood by little Blink through thick and thin! And it’s so easy to submit a claim! Literally I just take a picture of the doctor bill on my cell phone and with a simple push of a button it’s submitted! The check usually arrives within a couple of weeks! It’s that easy! If you are thinking about insurance for your pet... DO IT! Trust me Healthy Paws has reimbursed me over $10,000!!! I recommend signing up when your pet is young to secure a lower monthly rate and to have the assurance that if something big happens your 4 legged baby is covered! Healthy Paws level of customer service gets an A++. My girl tore her ACL and needed $$$ surgery. Not only did they keep the lines of communication open throughout the process, they also followed up by checking on how she was feeling. They made it the entire claim submission and reimbursement easy on us, especially during these stressful COVID times. We had our reimbursement in our hands within 1 week after surgery. I highly recommend this pet insurance, it's peace of mind!

My Boston needed a surgery at age 3 years and they did not want to cover because a veterinarian mentioned the issues that Bostons come with. Since that was one of them they do not want to cover that now. The whole reasoning behind insurance is to have coverage. I cannot pay the whole amount so now my dog is either going to go without the surgery or maybe a new home.

The claims process is straight forward and easy to use. The return on my first claim was faster than expected!
