Speedy and accurate!
We turn in a variety of claims for our Daphne who has ongoing medications and occasional illnesses and the turnaround is always quick and we see the refunds promptly. Every Embracer we have had contact with has been kind and patient and seems to really enjoy helping pet parents. I always recommend Embrace to friends seeking to insure their fur kids!

Greatfull
I have been a widow for over 15 years and money is tight. Your insurance makes the difference on being able to provide care for my Pittie, or having to do without myself on my Meds, to make sure he has coverage. Thank God for Insurance like yours.

I implore you to purchase
I have only had this insurance for 9 mo the and I think it has paid for itself. My puppy came home with a parasite from breeder and we have been in the vet’s office off and on. It has really come in handy

Wait time for person has always been slow.
Wait time for person has always been slow. The rates r too high. Had a very unsatisfactory call a while back with a very uneducated rep. I thought u were a very good and reasonably charged company. My opinion has changed to u r better than the next pet ins. Company nor r the reps we have to talk to anything special.
