Great online portal

I really like the online claims portal. It allows me to submit everything very easily and I can check to see where my claims are at in the process. I also really like the direct deposit reimbursement - no more driving to the bank!

FAST Claim Service!

Not only are the claim rebursements fast, but they are so easy to submit via email. I always get quick updates on my claims, & when I spoke with someone, they were not only courteous & knowledgeable, they were very easy to talk with.

Stallone the Bulldog

I would totally recommend Nationwide pet insurance. My dog Stallone has had some bad luck this past month. After just two weeks of him being injured with his paw and having high bills at the vet. He ate something that caused him an intestinal infection and was very sick. The very day I came home with him from the vet I already had received my refund from him being injured two weeks earlier. Having that refund in mail after just paying a very high bill again at the vet that very day was a huge relief. Thank you Nationwide. If we didn't have this pet insurance this month was going to be a very month financially. Knowing how much a pet can cost you that you love and just want to feel better and getting that help like this is amazing. Every penny counts with helping make it a less horrible experience for the owner who just wants their pet back to himself not suffering. So thank you again.

Dependable insurance and peace of mind

I have been very pleased with the Nationwide coverage I have for my 3 pets. I got the most coverage I could which includes wellness care and it's definitely been of value. Looking forward to years to come of having this coverage.

This insurance is great except you doubled the price

I purchased this insurance when my 2 kittens were just 8 weeks old. The price per cat was reasonable at $43 per cat...then $35 per cat...now at renewal you are charging me $73 per cat.....this is outrageous! I am trying to provide excellent care for my pet at an affordable price...but your company is taking advantage of people. Unfortunately, I had to cancel both policies and this peace of mind is breaking my heart!

Satisfied Customer

Shae responsed quickly to my request for preapproval of services relates to tumor removal for my senior dog. Shae made sure to get my questions to the right area for fast resolution, filed all claims on my behalf and emailed me with regular updates. The claims were paid promptly. I really appreciated Shae’s caring assistance so I could focus my attention on my pet, rather than paperwork!

Waiting until term ends to move elsewhere

Your claims process is overly paper based and hard to understand. Your coverage is limited, with some basic maintenance excluded. You have no app or easy way to check claims status and the website is antiquated.

Happy with my insurance!

I am very happy with everything so far. The claims process is pretty smooth other than a few bumps in the road with my first claims but that was just me figuring everything out.
