Pricing.
Pricing. I was told it would only go up if prices of clinics went up and was told that wouldnt be often. There has been a price increase, EVERY SINGLE year since i signed up. I might has well of gone to a different insurance company that would have at least covered more.
That said, your employees are always awesome.

Why Trupanion
Trupanion is wonderful. The people there are kind and seem to really care about my Wally's good health. I wouldn't choose any other pet insurance because Trupanion always puts Wally and me first.

Ease of Service!
I enjoyed the direct connection with Blue Pearl Animal Hospital and how easy to was to submit a claim - get updated about the claim's process through email and be included on each step of the journey without having to constantly communicate with the Animal Hospital.

Wonderful, quick reimbursements
We have two bloodhounds and a German shepherd! We invested in insurance for all three!! Healthy Paws has given us the opportunity to provide them with the best health care without hesitation! Filing a claim took me less then five minutes and reimbursements were received within 10 days!!! (Even with COVID) I can confidently recommend, and do, Healthy Paws to all who have fur babies!
