I am happy to have the pet insurance. Although I have the mid-range plan, it is very comprehensive, especially when my dog needed leg surgery. It covered a variety of things necessary to be paid: testing, consultation with the surgeon, the surgery, therapy. Thank you for all of your help. best, Kathy and Milo

Have used Trupanion for years now and have been very pleased with them.

Easy of claim filing and speed with which my claim was processed and paid.

I find that Trupanion is extremely prompt in investigating claims and fair in honoring claims in a timely manner. I've already recommended Trupanion to other people as I'm very impressed with Trupanion's service and Trupanion's policies. I have the 90% coverage policy with $1000 deductible. I have four pets currently being ensured. Prior to having pet insurance I had a pet named Lucky who was NOT very lucky at all when it came to health issues -having both cancer and kidney disease. The expenses almost put me in the poor house and I vowed that I would get Pet insurance for any future pets. Prior to Trupanion I was with another pet insurance company but their policy was not at fair as Trupanion 'so I 'made the switch to Trupanion. I'm extremely pleased to know my Pets are covered for any critical health expenses that may arise in the future for the lifetime of the pet not just on a year to year basis with a deductible each year. I currently have one sick pet but hopefully all my other pets will remain healthy and not need Trupanion!.

Having this pet insurance makes keeping my dog healthy easier. Knowing we can get reimbursed for expenses makes taking her to the vet more affordable.

Amazing service, helpful & informative. Always get a person on the line who can answer your questions & explain coverage. Glad to find the deductible is per illness for life of dogs not calendar year! I have paid for 10 years for 2 never submitting a claim. Wish I had called sooner. Kathy Pakiela

Super great service, I have not had any problems receiving a payment. I just wish it was easier to file a claim and I wish it was easier to get the money sent to me. Other than that A+ service.

My dog was diagnosed with lymphoma last January and was barely compensated her chemo treatments and was denied getting better coverage to help in the future. Never again will I use Nationwide for Pet insurance,

I have been so thankful for Nationwide Pet Insurance! Before one of my dogs was 1 year old, he needed a knee replacement. Without Nationwide on my side, there would have been no possibility of Brutus getting his knee replacement.

Nationwide has been wonderful. I find it very easy to submit claims and they pay what is covered in the plan with no hassle.
