Too slow!
Claim processing is way TOO SLOW ! I sent claim form and documents via email. I received confirmation 2 weeks later. Then I strangely receive another confirmation a week later that it was received "again". Then I receive a notification that more info is needed. I send again all the info and two weeks later....still waiting.
Horrible service............not a smooth as it was sold to me by company representative that visited my firm via HR.

Best of the Plans
Claims forms are easy to complete. They go straight to the source if more information is needed and 30 days later the check is always ready. There is a large premium increase this year so pick your plan carefully.

Best decision I've made for my dog!
Being that my dog is a senior with multiple health issues, I couldn't be more grateful to have her covered by Nationwide pet insurance. Making the right healthcare decisions are easier knowing that some of the financial burden can be lifted. I am pleased with the amount of coverage included. Customer service has always been very nice when I call and are very helpful.

Ease of filing claims and helpful customer service
Plan coverage and price is very good compared to other providers. Claim filing is extremely easy through VitusVet app. Information in Explanation of Benefits is helpful to understand claim payment amount. Any time I do have to call in, which is rare, customer service is very helpful and always follows through on their follow up action.

Always very easy to file claims
Always very easy to file claims. Due to a large volume of claims, I was contacted by email with an apology that the claim process was taking longer than normal but then was contacted with explanation of claim paid a day or two later.
