Outstanding Service, Fairness & Ease
I haven’t had to use my policy very often, fortunately, but both times I did were life-threatening situations for my dog. Trupanion was outstanding. They do exactly what they say they will: coverage is fair, their customer service is exemplary & they settle claims quickly and easily. So glad I chose them.

They are the Best Pet Insurance for your pet
They have been so Wonderful through this tuff time with Max. They were reasonable in there plan choices, they pay there claims quickly and are very friendly and efficient. Who could ask for more then that.

Fantastic experience during a very stressful time, with an easy to understand process and paid within 2 days.
I was in Hawaii and Sadie was at a boarding kennel and I was told she hurt her leg and it was her CCL and she required surgery. I was devastated and knew I needed to line up surgery for her. I had to find a vet that would do the surgery and then went online to chat with Trupanion who advised I submit an estimate to speed up the process. I simply uploaded the invoice and received approval. As easy as that. I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation and get home and get Sadie in surgery. I submitted the bill late Monday night and was reimbursed late Wednesday. It is a lot of money out of pocket and I appreciated the quick, responsive service and the help along the way. Trupanion will always be my insurance provider for Sadie. I highly recommend them! Sadie is on the road to recovery.
