Worth every penny
This insurance has been a life saver. No one ever plans to have a per be sick but luckily for us we had this policy and it was a life saver. Great customer service and easy to deal with. Worth every penny and our pooch is feeling much better

Wellness Coverage is Great

It would be great if my personal health insurance was as easy to deal with as Nationwide!
Nationwide pet insurance has really been a blessing. Claims are processed and paid out promptly. I also enjoy the emails and contests.

They were easy and great to work with.
They have all different types of insurances to buy for your pet. I had a claim and they were very easy to work with. I submitted my claim 3/13 and was finished/received everything by 4/23. Excellent service

Reliable & Stress Free Coverage
We've had Nationwide Pet Insurance (formerly VPI) for almost 5 years now for our cat. She has had a few minor medical issues that have involved seeing a specialist, as well as a couple of follow up visits with her regular vet. Our insurance coverage has been great. Easy to make claims and submit documentation online, and payments/reimbursements have been made to us very quickly. Checking our online account is quick and easy, and one time when I did call customer service with a question, they were very helpful.
