Experience of claim submission
All my claims leading up to my deductible arrived through the portal. My 3 rd claim was a partial reimbursement and sub’s on 5/19/2023 nothing only in process. I called the end of May and asked why the woman was not helpful. I reissued and still an issue called to be sure the woman was not the same and very pleasant and most helpful. She was the reason I would give 5 stars. I believe I only gave 4. Maybe you should listen to the recording of our call and use it in training the way to do. I am also a MetLife retire.

We purchased a Met Life Pet policy for our rescue pup, Fiona, after it was offered free for 30 days at the time of adoption. The best decision we could have made! Claims processing is so quick and easy and reimbursement is direct deposited into our bank account!. Excellent service
I was saddened to learn that my beloved "Thai" has a serious heart murmur but happy that it was diagnosed early. This will be a life long condition and I am elated over the support I've received from Trupanion. It reaffirms my faith in them and further justifies my fellow dog lovers that I've referred to them.

The first agent I spoke with was not welcoming at all.
The first agent I spoke with was not welcoming at all. I thought it was an automated being at first; no personality and not understanding or helpful.
The manager started off similar to the first but eventually I received some information I was looking for but definitely not what I expected.

Offers to pay the vet directly!
Enrollment was easy. Although, I was looking specifically for âback surgeryâ under the treatment coverages, and I didnât see that specifically. This is important in a dachshundâs coverage.
