I'm very satisfied with my pet insurance it gives me great peace of mind and has great benefits

Service is Great and the App makes entering claims so easy. I've never had a problem with processing claims. Customer Service has always been friendly and helpful. It's all you can ask for. I only wish the claims would process quicker but other then that. I couldn't ask for better service and the peace of mind it gives me to have my pet insured with a great company makes it that much easier to just take my Lulu to the Vet when she needs to. I recommend getting the whole package as I have for my dog.

Without Healthy Paws, my Dog wouldn't be with us today. There's no way we could have afforded all the treatment and surgeries my unlucky Boxer Daughter has needed over the year. It has been a hassle free experience from day 1, and they've only ever shown earnest care in the well being of our furry family members.

I have depended upon Nationwide pet insurance for two dogs over many years. The coverage gives me peace of mind and a better relationship with my vet because I do not have to do a head/wallet decision during emergency health issues.

I accidently hit my dog which required a trip to our normal vet and the emergency vet. My total for those visits was significant and I submitted my claim the following day. As I'm planning a trip abroad in a few weeks, I called several times to see if my claim could be pushed forward, and was told each time "claims can take up to 30 days to process". For a reimbursement policy, this does not meet expectations; if a claim is emailed it should be able to go through a few filters and be auto-paid. This time frame should be reviewed as this may be high in the industry. Other pet insurance carriers provide direct billing by providers removing the reimbursement component; if this isn't possible, reimbursement should happen within 7 days of claim receipt.

Reasonable premiums and a very easy to submit a claim. This was my first claim and I received payment very fast!

This is our first experience with pet insurance. Nationwide has been a the greatest with easy claims processing. Will definitely keep the coverages we now have.

Very fair reimbursement rules and great customer service. Company keeps customers up to date by email and letters.
