The best
This company is the best. Took it out because my company offered it. Kept it after I retired. I liked them mainly because I have birds. They got even better when I took in a rescue kitty. I have whole pet with wellness and they did cover all 90% and that was even with a spay and flea meds. Have paid for surgery, grooming, and meds for birds. Even paid cremation cost. Couldn't keep pets healthy without Nationwide. Thanks

So far so good
In one office visit, we finally hit our deductible. We've only had to send in one claim so far and it is already worth it.

Became pricy over the years, but reliable
Premium has become a bit pricy over the years, however I never had a problem filing a claim or being reimbursed according to my coverage level.

Love Embrace!
Unfortunately my puppy got sick approximately 6 months after I signed up for Embrace. They paid every claim they were supposed to pay. One vet visit alone was over $10,000 and while it did take them a little bit of time to go through each charge line by line because it was pretty complicated for a week in ICU ~ they paid every penny that they were responsible for. They even covered platelets for her blood transfusions. I really expected Embrace to raise my rates and deny claims with loopholes ~ like another well known company did with another dog I had ~ but they didn't. They had some growing pains in there with all the new people they hired because the company grew fast.... so claims took awhile to handle for a brief period. But all in all ~ they were first class from beginning to end!

Embrace Pet Insurance
I have had zero issues with Embrace. Filing claims for wellness is simple, and the processing time is quick. Very easy to use and great customer service. I did a lot of research before picking a company. I chose Embrace for the fact that they provide both insurance and wellness plans at an affordable cost, due to the fact that you can adjust your plan to what you want.

Wonderful and caring people/Fast claim
My dog Yoshi had some fatty tumors to be removed, Embrace was on it, paid me in a week!! They are also compassionate, when my dog Little Bit passed away last year from complications from diabetes, they paid the claim right away and lit a candle in her memory, now that was caring. Embrace is the best pet insurance that I have dealt with.

Canceled after 3 months
After over 3 months of paying for my two dogs, and jumping through all Embrace's "hoops" - ortho check, turning over files, etc., it became apparent that virtually any condition my 7 and 8 year old dogs had was going to be considered pre-existing. Middle ear infection? Sorry, not covered because he had a yeast infection in ear prior. Visit to vet for panting,(which can be a sign of pain in dogs)? Sorry, not covered because he had been brought in previously for "labored breathing." News Flash: Labored breathing/panting is a SYMPTOM of something else. You suggested I can, however, call my vet and have her "write us a letter, explaining why it's different." Really? I don't have time to investigate and fight you over every claim, nor does my vet. (And this was just to go toward my deductible.) I should have known from your initial threatening email practically accusing me of faking my dog's ortho exam (yes, the one you request of new policy holders) that you were not a company to be trusted. I predict that once word gets around, Embrace won't be around for long. I highly recommend you stay away from this company.

Wonderful assurance with Embrace!
Charlie Brown had experienced vomiting, dehydration, diarrhea, and loss of weight as a result of his surgery. This was a very stressful time for me and Charlie Brown, but he is feeling much better now and is back to his playful self. Submitting claims for the illness is super easy. Embrace handled my claims so quickly and with such professionalism. Reimbursement is very fast. I am highly impressed with the personal customer service that Embrace provides via email and/or phone call. Embrace representatives are very personable and reaches out to ensure you are satisfied.

Pathological resorption of tooth
finding my dog needed to see a veternary dentist,& knowing it was not probably not going to be easy on her whatever the diagnosis. The Vet she saw confirmed she had a condition called Pathologicalresorption of her canine tooth. I was very pleased Embrace covered this expensive procedure @ 80% ( my contract reimbursement rate) & I was reimbursed in 1 week. Thank you Embrace.
