Very easy to file a claim and get reimbursed.
Filing the claim was very easy. I used the app and uploaded the picture of the vet bill. They emailed me back to let me know they received the claim. I could track the process of the claim and reimbursement on the app. They even called me to see how my dog was doing.

Any time we have questions, they are always answered by someone who sounds like they care about our pets.
Although we have never submitted a claim, when I explored the option of changing our deductible amount, the Customer Care representative was very helpful when discussing our options. She didn't try to sell us options that would be beneficial to them but instead took our needs into consideration. She even informed us that our premiums would go down due to our dog's weight. How refreshing! She also made me feel that she really cared about our pets.

professional customer service and fully responsive to all claims
A member for nearly 7 years. Participate in their wellness program which results in their paying me a few bucks for doing what I would normally do
for my dog, a wellness check every year. Their adjudication of claims is timely and correct. Only had one incident were I disagreed whether the
claim was for wellness or illness and after I provided additional info they changed it to my satisfaction. Customer representatives are always professional and courteous. Best decision I could have made to go with Embrace.

Superb responsiveness, professionalism, and technical expertise!
Embrace has been very responsiveness to our needs during the consultation and surgical procedure for our Chihuahua. Arthritis can be affordable
My lab has issues with all of her legs that require on going medical care and medication maintenance that is very costly. Without her insurance coverage, I could never afford these things and my dog would either be living a very painful, poor quality of life or not be living at all.
