There when we needed them.
This month we had 2 issues with our 2 dogs that came up. One was a UTI that occurred while we were traveling w our dogs, mandating a pricey visit to animal ER, the other was a playing incident resulting in 2 damaged teeth + surgery. Additionally, the one dog has been undergoing different diagnostic tests over the year for an as-yet undiagnosedGI problem. Pets Best has been prompt in covering our claims.

Very Pleased With ASPCA!!!
We previously had a different pet insurance carrier, and, switched to ASPCA. We have a Golden Retriever, Jake, who will be 7 in September.
We've had to submit claims for Jake, and, each issue has been handled quickly and professionally by ASPCA. We're very pleased with their business acumen, and, have already recommended them to others.

What the policy really coceres-Nothing
Have had embrace coverage for years. When I got a new puppy that was rescued they tried to make everything pre-exsisting even though he is only 12 weeks old. Accident and illness doesn't really cover anything because they try to make everything pre-exsisting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EMBRACE PET INSURANCE TO ANYONE.

Awesome people to deal with
lady had soft tissue injury to Rt. paw. I was not sure if it was roken because shee ws unable to put any weight on paw and was in a great deal of pain. I did take her to Emergency clinic as it was a weekend for evaluation.Since it was the first time I was using the insurance I did call to make sure I had everything I needed to submit claim. Eveyone I spoke to was so helpful,kind and concerned. The claim was handled quickly and I did recieve emails with updates.
I origionally just purchased accident and injury and now plan to upgrade my policy.
Very pleased with the company. Truthfully they are much easier to deal with than insurance for humans, they show compassion!

Quick and concise
I recently put in 2 claims for my golden retriever pups office visits ( one to diagnose the problem, and one to follow up a week later. I submitted the claims when I got home on the computer. It was easy to do as I could scan the bill from the vet and my payment stub. The form was easy and quick. The turn around time was quick as well.

Dog bite
My dog was bitten by another dog. We submitted a claim and had an initial issue about the claim being covered. After talking with Leslie, she reviewed the claim and processed immediately. I received my reimbursement within days!
I have used Embrace since 2010 and the have stood behind their policy!

I highly recommend Healthy Paws!
Several years ago when our beautiful cat got ill, we spent over $7,000 in vet bills, trying to get him better. Unfortunately, he did pass away. It made me realize how important it is to insure your pets. While at the vet hospital, during Mowgli's illness, I saw people having to make tough decisions about their beloved pet, due to the high cost of treatment. I searched and believe I found an excellent insurance company with Healthy Paws. I have been insuring my two kitties with Healthy Paws ever since. I've never had a problem submitting a claim and have been reimbursed very quickly. They stand behind their policy and pay exactly what you sign up for (you can pick the deductible and the % you want reimbursed and pay accordingly). I am very happy with this insurance company. Their service is excellent.

THANKS FOR HAVING MY BACK
We often hear about people having your back and that is not the case - with ASPCA they have your back and they care about your pet! When my pet (Jacob) is sick the last thing I want to worry about is can I afford the medicine or can I get that test that is needed. I still am concerned with the bills but because I have my ASPCA insurance I don't have to say 'no' I can't do it. ASPCA is there through the hole incident helping and caring. My ASPCA insurance is priceless to me! I recommend them in every way possible they aren't an insurance company they are a compassionate friend. ASPCA also shows their caring by calling and checking in on my pet Jacob. You may not think to much of that but when something has happened and you get their call it is not worth a million it is priceless. THANK YOU ASPCA FOR HAVING MINE AND JACOB'S BACK. I recommend your insurance to everyone and will continue to recommend you to all I meet.

Claim paid quickly
Muttiple claims for original injury and follow up treatments have been paid in a timely manner. I like the direct deposit. The coverage has worked out well for me.
