Best decision I have ever made
If I had not had insurance I don’t know how I could have never been able to take care of Rocky. I would never have a pet without insurance. You were a life savor. Thank for being there for us.

what is Medical Records Summary?
my major claim was paid very fast however 2 other claims relating to the same surgery (1 for pre-surgery bloodwork and 1 for pain management) haven't been paid. I have been told they were waiting for records from a hospital Rose hasn't been to in over a year and from her primary vet dating back to 2020. These are all records you should have since the were requested for her surgery claim. I was told the same person is working on these 2 and the others were handled by someone else. I think it is odd that a $3800 claim is paid in days yet ones for $300 and the other for $175 submitted within a day of each other are requiring so much information.

Not even my own health insurance makes it this easy to get reimbursed. Great customer service and never had an issue getting reimbursed for my chronically ill pet.
