this company is the best!!! they are easy to understand and very easy to file a claim and now my vet can do it while i am waiting in the office so that i know what i am covered or not covered for. Highly recommend this to everyone. Thank you for taking such great care of my boy!!!

Savannah’s monthly shots!!!
Savanna has very bad allergies, she needs shots and medications every month, not to mention some feet problems,,, but I did, seriously Trupanion has been there for her for many years , I truly appreciate your service anf how quick I get the invoices paid. I think decisions made on invoices should be a little clearer.
I think decisions made on invoices should be a little clearer. If it wasn’t for Emily‘s knowledge when I called, I would not of known why my claims were turned down. As for the claims, oh I wasn’t aware that if I was bringing my pet to the vet for multiple reasons that my illness claim should be done on a separate invoice.

Trupanion has been great so far.
Trupanion has been great so far. When I did experience a problem, I called and was connected to Owen. Owen was nothing short of amazing. From answering all of my questions in a caring and knowledgeable way, to asking about how my dog was doing. Please give my thanks to Owen and the rest of the folks at Trupanion. I have been so pleased from top to bottom, even with the few snags that have taken place along the way. Please continue to hire people like Owen, the customer service provided by Trupanion is truly top tier.
