We owned our pet 4 years before I knew insurance was offered for pets. We had not had any major issues but we Love Milo and would go to the bank if we needed to save his life. Insurance made perfect sense to us, why not. We were all insured and he should be too.We are so thankful for being informed of Pets Best Insurance. Approximately 6 months after purchasing our policy Milo had 3 emergency surgeries for bladder stones and complications from a Ruptured bladder. Milo is part of our family and to see him go through this was deviating to say the least. Having Pets Best Insurance on Milo did relieve some of the financial stress from the situation. Our claims were handled in a professional and very timely manner. Such a Blessing for our family.💗 🐶🐾💙

Maggie had gastrointestinal issues that had gone on for awhile, having to take her to our veterinarian, then to the vet hospital at the state university. We turned in our claim and were pleased with the fast response.

I have VPI on 2 of my dogs but decided to try Embrace with my 3rd dog Miracle. I'm so glad I did. Miracle (a Rottweiler mix) was a rescue that we adopted and at only a year old had to have salivary gland removed in her mouth. Embrace covered it and were very prompt in processing and mailing payment. I will be adding the Wellness plan also. I would highly recommend this insurance for all pet owners!

I just put a claim in 2 days ago for my dog's neutering and the staff at Embrace sent me an e-mail letting me know they received the claim. The next day, I got an e-mail saying the claim has gone through. Quick and efficient work from the staff at Embrace. It is greatly appreciated to have such support from Embrace. Hi! Pernecia Webber here. I have a miniature beagle. He's 9 1/2 years old. Recently he was sick, and we could have lost him due to a 41 /2 lb. malignant tumor. Luckily, I took him to the vet to get him checked, found he had a foreign body (the huge mass/tumor), and made some calls to get an earlier surgery done. He survived! Yay! With the help of ASPCA=reimbursed and Care Credit=loan, I was able to pay my baby's doctor bills. Furthermore, ASPCA not only returns the favor $$$, but ASPCA (as well as I hope the Veterinary doctor, assistant, and clinic) also in return give you that sense of confident of knowing that your "fur babies" will be taken care of with an overall outstanding, and I think top best healthcare/insurance plan for cats and dogs..... By the way, I just recently put my Spot on insurance, because prior I could not afford, and still cannot. Only a little. I'm a newbie as well as my fur baby.....!!!!! ASPCA helped me tons also Care Credit, and my dogs' clinic. Kudos!

We signed up for Healthy Paws Insurance when we brought our labradoodle puppy home. When he stopped eating and became lethargic, our regular vet sent us to the U of MN vet hospital when he did not respond to the preliminary treatment. Blood work and imaging pointed to liver problems. The entire process was very stressful, but the financial factor was not an issue because of this insurance. The claims where easy to file and processed quickly. The payment was also sent in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this insurance, and am forever greatful that we have it!

Ever since then, she has had to stay on a special dog food and take a medication daily (for about three years now). This insurance company has been wonderful, reimbursing me with 90% of the cost of the medication and ongoing blood work and urine tests. I am so glad I purchased this insurance!!!

I bought my 1st policy from Embrace alomst a year ago. They've made so many mistakes, I can't name them all, from asking the wrong vet for info on my dog to processing a medical/wellness claim as just a wellness claim. Now they refuse to pay any portion(including Heartguard) for that claim. They say they can't get the info they need from the vet (that lying vet said they gave them all the info they asked for-when they finally asked the right vet). Apparently, this is a normal tactic to avoid paying a legitimate claim. They haven't paid any medical claims (deductible),and wouldn't have to for this claim; they just use it as an excuse not to pay the wellness claim. This is the kind of company that gives insurance a bad name.

We received reimbursements exactly as we were expecting! Not only that, but we received a credit back to our account for the couple of premium payments that were drafted after our Zoe passed away from a malignant brain tumor -- without us asking! We also received a separate email extending condolences on the loss of our sweet Boston Terrier Zoe! Above and beyond is how I would describe your services! Thank you!
