Professional, personable and wonderful!
Both representatives that assisted me were very professional, personable and wonderful to talk to! One was Amy and I can't remember the second ladies name, she was training and I think she did an excellent job!

Amazing
We love embrace , so thankful that we took this policy out on our maltipoo, not knowing that she would develop diabetes.i wouldn’t wish that disease on anyone , it’s soo hard seeing our little sweetie go thru this . Thank you for everything , we are thankful , Most sincerely , Sophie’s Mama , Linda

excellent service with quick response
I have always been impressed with the response from this insurance when I call. It is much better than the response I get from my health insurance. I can tell that the persons I have talked to really care about our pets. Keep up the good work. I do recommend the insurance to my friends and I feel good that we have it for our pets.

Everything is so convenient and easy!
I am so grateful for how easy it is to submit claims and get reimbursed. Our dog has lymphoma, so he has required special care for the last 6 months. We have not experienced any hurdles or red tape to get reimbursed for his expenses. If we did not have our insurance, he would certainly be dead by now, but the insurance has allowed us to have extra time with him with very little stress or hassle. I'm very grateful.
