Blue Pearl Veterinary Hospital was where I first saw the Trupanion brochure. I had just put my Bichon Megan to sleep due to a cancer mass found in her intestinal wall that had metastasized to her lymph system. I knew that I would one day want another dog. Upon getting another female Bichon I found the brochure and contacted Trupanion to obtain a Pet Health ?????????????????? policy for my new Bichon. Because Blue Pearl processes Trupanion claims, the filing of the claim was seamless. Trupanion paid their part of the claim and I paid mine, Thank you for your timeliness and help!

While I just got my cat enrolled today and haven’t actually utilized the insurance yet, I have already had interaction with customer service and it was phenomenal. I was needing to change my cat’s breed listed on her policy as it listed one different from what I had marked down for her. I started a chat with customer service and within seconds someone (Ari) was responding to me. My questions were answered efficiently and thoroughly and I couldn’t possibly have asked for a smoother process.

When we signed our Gabby up for insurance we wondered if we even needed it. 0ver 3 years went by and then Gabby got sick, she has Liver disease, Pancreas not working and a Heart murmur. She has lost around 7 pounds. We took her to K-State Vetinary Hospital . I paid and then sent our bills to Happy Paws and they are very quick to respond and you will get a check in the mail. I really feel like we picked the best insurance for our dogs.

I enrolled with healthy paws when I picked my best friend from the humane society! I’m so glad I did. He recently had to have surgery to repair his ACL. Healthy Paws is a blessing. It cut the cost drastically and the customer service is phenomenal! I highly recommend Healthy Paws!!
