I am very satisfied with Nationwide’s response to the claims that we have submitted.

I have had Pets Best ever since my little girl of 10 years old since she was a puppy. we just got another puppy and in the 2 months we have had him he has incurred more cost than she has in over 10 years. He had a cut on his eye and they repaired it, then he broke it open and it started all over again. Pets Best approved all his current invoices for general Vet surfaces. Unfortunately, all his eye surgery invoices were not approved, because it was still within the 14 day wait period (I completely forgot about that) but, Pets Best explained to me why and approved all they could have. Hopefully this is IT for invoices for him for awhile. Thanks Pets Best

Amazing. Had pets for 30 years. First time I have had insurance for a new puppy and my cat. Wish I had done this for other pets. Remarkable.

So, I have had pets for 40 years. No insurance. Now,with a new puppy and young cat, I got insurance --- accident/emergency for cat and wellness and accident/emergency for puppy. Well, we had a wellness check and they reimbursed a goodly portion of the bill and quickly. Amazing. Remarkable.

I find Trupanion's staff to be great and helpful. I have not heard yet how my claims will be resolved so I can answer better then.
