Great coverage quick reimbursement
I opted for the illness/accident version of Lemonade pet insurance which is kind of like dog catastrophic health insurance. Our black lab Bullet developed melanoma which required some expensive diagnostic tests and procedures. After the initial $250 deductible, Lemonade has paid 80% of the claims.
They also have plans that cover more stuff like immunizations but we opted for the accident/ illness plan and are very pleased with the ease of filing a claim using their app, the timeliness in preparing the claim, and the rapid reimbursement.
I would highly recommend Lemonade pet insurance

I'm glad the Vet Tech knew Trupanion
I looked at the policy literature and did not believe that my dog's surgery was a covered expense. Luckily the vet tech put in the claim for me and it was actually covered. If I hadn't said anything, they wouldn't have done that and I wouldn't have been reimbursed.

Exactly What Was Promised
I have had Spot for my kitty, Blue, for almost a year now and have been pleasantly surprised how seamless it has been. Every claim I've submitted is completed promptly and there have been multiple instances when I've contacted customer service with questions and they are helpful and friendly as can be! We recommend Spot to all of our pet friends!
