Each representative I have spoken with have been professional and caring.
We pay for insurance with the hope we never have to need it and hope that if the day comes where we need to file a claim that the process will be with out hassle. Love Figo but Goodbye
Love the features, website and any contact with their people has been good. However, they couldn’t give me a good reason why they increased my premium 48% for my four year old lab and 43% for my kitten. NO CLAIMS! I’m going FIGNO

So Far, So Good!
As I look back at the process we endured in filing claims for Maggie's TPLO surgery in early January 2018, I ultimately am pleased with the end results in having Embrace Pet Insurance. Once a few hurdles were removed, they paid quickly, efficiently, and were ALWAYS very cordial and helpful. My two "less than a 10" issues are:
1. It was extremely frustrating and difficult to get the medical history information that Embrace required when we originally filed the first claim for Maggie's surgery. I don't know if it was a disconnect between our vet and Embrace, or what, but Embrace kept saying they needed detailed medical record information for the full year preceding the beginning of Maggie's coverage. I felt caught in the middle and not able to do what needed to be done. Our vet kept saying they had sent everything requested. At some point, I was told they faxed over 100 pages to Embrace, hoping that will suffice! Regardless of where the problem was, I feel it would best serve Embrace insured pets to require that information at initial signup. Then we would have known what was covered, what was deemed "permanent pre-existing conditions", and what was "temporary pre-existing conditions". We have a second Golden with Embrace insurance, and I am dreading trying to get her detailed medical record information to Embrace. Putting that off for now!
2. Now I am concerned how filing these claims will impact future premiums and coverage. Will just have to wait and see what the coming years bring!
Overall, I can't say enough nice things about each and every person that I spoke with, from the day I first contacted Embrace about getting coverage for my two Goldens through getting the claims finally settled. Great group of folks.

Henry, our Goldendoodle, is 20 months old and we have had him insured since his being 6 weeks old. He has food and environmental allergies and without Nationwide we would not have been able to provide the care he has needed to be a Happy and Health Puppy. We now have him on Appoquil and he is doing great! Thanks Nationwide for your prompt payment and exemplary coverage. Your company has been such a Blessing to our Family....

Very helpful when filing our claim and payment was very fast.
Embrace's customer service was very kind and helpful when we filed our claim, assuring that we received the maximum benefit. They also kept us informed every step of the way. I wish my own health insurance was this good.

Glad we went with ASPCA
After debating as to get pet insurance or not we went with ASPCA after reading brochure from our local vet. Our puppy injured his leg a short time later and we have had numerous claims. ASPCA has been very prompt and efficient about taking care of our claims. I plan on staying with ASPCA.

Pleased with efficiency and speed of handling a claim
The coverage is good and claims are handled quickly and efficiently. I find the premium to be reasonable and feel this is a necessary expense for people who love their "family members". I would use ASPCA pet insurance for any animal I may have in the future.
