This was my first experience with using any type of pet insurance. I had complete coverage on my puppy, which turned out to pay off with all of her surgeries for fixing and her gastropexy. The amount the coverage cost turned out to be as much as the surgeries over 1 year. I purchased the injury insurance for my 4 year old, and fortunately did not need to make any claims, but it was a relief to know it was there. I would highly recommend having some type of coverage, even if minimal to help, I have seen so many pet owners over this past year come into some medical issues with their beloved pets that put them in severe hardships, and each time I heard them talk about it, I felt so relieved knowing that if that happened to me, I would only have to endure a fraction of the costs they did. The piece of mind is great to have, along with the friendly staff. Anytime I had any questions there was a friendly staff member to answer my questions and they never gave me any issues over the claims process. It was simple and convenient the way they have the claims set up. I will definitely continue to insure my babies through this company.

My dog was attacked by two other dogs and was really hurt. We went to traditional vets and they ended up medicating and sedating him for pain and intermittent lameness. He just grew more ill. We went to a holistic vet for alternative care. She helped our dog with acupuncture, laser therapy and counseled us in a clean, homemade diet for our dog. He's come a along way. He's leaner and the holistic vet has gotten to the root of the dog's problem and is treating it. He's mending, more mobile and happier! We were really shocked when we submitted our vet bills to Embrace and they were quickly approved. It's made the treatment he needs accessible and affordable. We are very, very happy with our pet insurance!

As an insurance agent, myself, I was pleased to be able to choose the exact coverage I wanted at a great price but I was amazed by the claim service when our girl had to have surgery for a broken leg. Submission was simple and the payment turnaround is the best I have seen from any insurance claim. I had the check before the credit card payment was due for the bill! We have had Embrace since our two St. Berdoodles were puppies. It has far exceeded our expectations! From covering our routine vaccinations, the occasional illness or issue to actually covering very costly heart worm prevention, Embrace Insurance has been remarkable! We also have piece of mind, knowing that if we have a serious illness or accident, it will be covered. We will ALWAYS have Emrace with any dog we own. Filing a claim is SUPER EASY, as our regular vet has claim forms on file and they automatically file for us. We don't have to do anything! We receive an email (most of the time on the same day!) from Embrace telling us that they have received the claim and then a few days later an email telling us that it has been paid. Funds are direct deposited into our bank account! Fast and easy! Years ago, we had considered pet insurance for other pats but it was always kind of a scam because of loopholes and "fine print" and we saw that virtually nothing was covered. We were skeptical but our vet gave us information about Embrace and it sounded good. We are so thrilled with this coverage that we tell everyone about it. No tricks. No hidden "fine print". Only great, honest coverage. We actually attended a local event and got to meet some of the wonderful people who work at Embrace and we found that these people are all animal lovers and the company encourages their employees to bring their dogs with them to work! What a forward thinking place! We live Embrace and strongly recommend it!
