Coverage and claims processing this far have been fantastic

I am so happy with nationwide pet insurance. I can depend on them for pretty much all of my cat’s care, and they are dependable and honest. I cannot say enough about how comfortable I am with my cat’s health because she has incredible insurance.

Zach was very helpful and patient with me. He has a very nice personality and was very helpful. All my interactions with Trupanion Reps have been very positive. Your agents are very knowledgeable about your product and my experience with you has been excellent. I've bee very fortunate and have not had to use the insurance very often but when I needed it I was glad I had chosen Trupanion.

Having the payment sent directly to my bank account is an excellent feature. Plus, the time to adjudicate the claim is extremely short. I have had other pet insurance coverage; however, Trupanion is my choice going forward.

Both our breeder and our vet recommended Nationwide (previously VPI) when we got our pup almost 7 years ago. Nationwide has been great, unfortunately we've had more health issues than I would have hoped but having insurance provides peace of mind when making decisions about treatment. We highly recommend Nationwide.

Our first dog Cali was killed by our neighbors dogs in our backyard. They broke down our shared fence, killed her, then came in our house via our doggie door and attacked her son Raider. He survived, but it's been a long road. We got Coco for companionship. Though the loss of Cali still weighs heavy on us all, Coco has been a breath of fresh air. She was born with excess skin around her vulva that we hoped she would grow out of. Needless to say, she didn't and she had constant UTI'S & vaginitis. Thanks to Nationwide pet insurance, we were able to get the newest member of our family her surgery and she has been problem free ever since. One less worry is HUGE in our lives!! Thank you!!!!

I really like ASPCA insurance because they pay in a timely manner. Their Well package is separate from the rest of the medical package you pay for that has deductibles and copays. Just the way way it is structured makes sense to me. The rates are fair. They call to check on my dog and they call just to see how we like the services. I am happy with ASPCA and highly recommend them. They are a 10!!

I have not had pet insurance before Trupanion. I got it when I adopted a new kitten, certified and healthy and ready to go by his doctor. He was diagnosed with chronic kidney failure at about 6 months old and is now going on seven years old, thanks to steady medical support and pet insurance to help with the recurrings costs of his unanticipated chronic illness.
