Amazing Pet Insurance made a hard time easier!
After my pup went through a hospitalization I want to thank you Healthy Paws for checking in! It was a long, scary week for my pup and family. Thankfully he is doing much better. He is on a strict hypoallergenic diet (think Surf and Turf for dogs in terms of the $$$$-ouch!) but he has not had any GI issues for a few weeks so I am hopeful that we figured out the cause-otherwise he needs to go back for more diagnostics-not fun for him or us! Paws crossed we are on the right path! You guys are the best-makes scary times more manageable knowing we are not having to worry about the bill. My other pup also has healthy paws (he is 10!) and we have barely had to use it at all but it's well worth it knowing we have it in times like we. had with our pup!

Trupanion is AMAZING from start to finish!
Trupanion has been my pet insurance company for 2 dogs so far. Never a problem with anything. They are fair and process invoices very quickly. Customer service is always available. I will always have my paths with Trupanion and I recommend them to that pet owners.

Very helpful during the most difficult of times
We just had to take our three year old puppy in for emergency surgery on Saturday. Because we are a low income family, we were able to get the best care for our little guy with Trupanion’s support. Although the road to recovery will be long and on going, we feel that we can confidently move forward with the kind support of the animal professionals and Trupanion.

Easy peasy
Finally put in my first claim and it took about 8 mins. Can’t get anymore convenient than that. Everyone there is very professional and respond to questions relatively fast. 14/10 overall rating
