Great onboarding process!
I thought my phone representative did an excellent job explaining the benefits of Trupanion pet insurance as well as the exclusions. I especially liked learning about how the rate is level throughout my dog's life (except for inflation adjustments) and how the benefit is unlimited.

Quick and easy!
The last thing we wanted to do while dealing with our dog's emergency was deal with a lengthy and difficult process and we were so thankful for how quick and easy the process was. It allowed us to spend our time focusing on Oliver rather than the claims process

Best coverage ever!
Dealing with Trupanion is easy, seamless and a real pleasure. To know we can do what’s right for our furbaby knowing Trupanion has us covered is priceless… we will never have another animal without Trupanion covering us!

The reason I chose that rating is because when I talked to him on the phone and they answered my question and they didn't beat around the bush like a lot of them do answer my question just the way I wanted it that's why I chose that rating yep right representative

In the past and presently Trupanion customer service are very nice and explains the invoices to the client.
