Trupanion is fast, easy to work with
I like being able to add notes to my claims. Customer service has always been easy and nice to work with if I ever have questions. Claims are processed extremely fast. I have had 2 of my other pets on another insurance provider (before I discovered trupanion for our newest addition), and their claims can take weeks, if not months, for a single claim to go through. Trupanion has processed over a dozen recent claims submitted at once in only a matter of days. We're very happy with the service of Trupanion.
