Every thing has been very easy as far as submitting a claim. Customer service is always very helpful. So glad I have insurance on my pet!

We have never had insurance before and I can't say enough. from the quote to the payoffs, Nationwide was sooooo fast and easy.

I have been a Nationwide Pet insurance customer since 2014. When I joined, my dog was a healthy 6 years old with no preexisting health conditions. For the first several years I only needed to submit a claim twice a year when I took my dog in for his semi-annual checkup. I was always shocked with how much was reimbursed (typically 85% or more) on every visit and I received the reimbursement ACH direct deposit within 1-2 weeks of submitting the claim. Because of this, I made sure to take my dog to consistent vet appointments to ensure his health, without worry of how much I needed to pay when I checked him out. I didn't truly appreciate Nationwide Pet Insurance until this last year. My dog is now 12 years old, has developed arthritis, allergies, and gets sick on a more consistent basis. I have had to take him to the vet several times in the last year due to natural old age. Constantly going to the vet can add up quickly, but with Nationwide, I have been reimbursed up to 85% of his bills and paid within 1-2 weeks every time. If you don't want financial strain to get in the way of keeping your pet healthy and comfortable, I highly recommend Nationwide!

Love the ease of setting everything up, filing claim and setting up direct deposit info. It took about 3 weeks to receive the reimbursement from the insurance company. Very happy overall. I just need to figure out how to add my other pet. Can't find where to add pet in my account.

MY CHIHUAHUA WOULD NOT BE HERE IF IT WERENT FOR THE HELP OF NATIONWIDE PET INSURANCE. HE CONTRACTED MENNINGITIS AND BARTONELLA AT THE SAME TIME ONE YEAR AGO. IT WAS AND HAS BEEN A COSTLY JOURNEY TO KEEP HIM ALIVE AND NOW FINALLY DOING WELL..THANKS TO NATIONWIDE COVERING MOST ALL OF HIS COSTS. tHIS IS A GREAT INSURANCE COMPANY AND i RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO GETS A PET TO INSURE THEM IMMEDIATLEY THROUGH NATIONWIDE. yOU NEVER KNOW WHAT CAN HAPPEN AND THEY HAVE COME THROUGH FOR MY PET.
