Nationwide states that my dog has a pre-existing condition which is not true. Every time he’s had gastro/stomach/vomiting issues, it’s all been from completely different reasons.

Our Lab, Sky was scheduled to have a brain tumor removed. Unfortunately, she had a massive seizure 2 days before which landed her in the hospital for 4 days. Instead we had to make the painful decision to say goodbye. The hospital submitted the claims for us to Embrace. We were informed when the claims were received and quickly reimbursed for nearly $7,000 in charges. We have been recommending to other dog owners to get insurance for them as one crisis can be so costly. Thank you for making a difficult time easier to handle because of coverage.

I used the online system to file my claim, I just uploaded my documents and was made aware of the timeline. Within two days I received notification that my claim had been processed and put towards my deductible. The claims process is so easy and hassle free.

The claim process could not be easier. I use the cell phone app and within 30 days the reimbursement is deposited directly into my account. I have recommended Nationwide to several other pet owners.
