Surprisingly easy and fast
Submitting a claim is very easy. I asked my vet to email me the invoice, I forwarded it to Lemonade after submitting the claim in the app. A rep from Lemonade emailed me to say it had been approved and then funds were directly deposited into my account the next day. I was not expecting the return that fast!

Lemonade covered exactly as promised. Quickly! Once I downloaded the app, the rest was easy! I appreciated the efficiency and speed of the claims processing. My sweet cat would not have loved had I not had this insurance

Is that really all there is to it?🤔
I have had many pets in the past but never insurance. I decided to get insurance this time around and got the kitten policy for the first year. Took the first trip to the vet for shots and tests… $250. Submitted the bill through the app which was as easier than ordering a latte from Starbucks. Took less than 5 minutes. It was instantly approved and received my 90% reimbursement via direct transfer into my checking account in a couple of hours. Every insurance claim should be this easy.

Easy signup process!
Everyone was very helpful with signing up. However, the associate over the phone who assisted me, wrote down the size of my dog incorrectly so I had to call back to change it.

App is amazing
Love the app! I submit a claim in the car as I’m leaving vet or pharmacy. Money is usually in my account within a couple days. There are some things that frustrate me about Trupanion itself, but using the app for claims is great.
