Dog's ongoing health issues
My do suffers with a genetic disease that affects his walking. I submitted several claims for a series of shots. PB was very quick in reimbursing funds. PB is always keeps me updated on claims.

Great Customer Service
Was super easy to submit the claim. There is a discrepancy on my claim, the way the vet invoiced procedures, I had to contact Pets Best to re-evaluate the claim, but that was still painless to do so.

Love this insurance!
Figo Pet Insurance is awesome! The policies are straightforward and easy to understand. The customer service is incredibly friendly and filing a claim couldn't be easier. The turn around time from when the claim is filed to receiving reimbursement is FAST! I love that I don't have to worry about cost when needing to make decision about treatment for either of my dogs. Proud to be part of the Figo Family!

Terrific service!!!
First time we have used Pet Insurance and so glad we chose Figo. Our puppy broke his leg at 3 mos. and has required much physical therapy. We quickly used the deductible on the initial surgery, X-rays, and follow-up. Thank goodness for Figo.

Lily doing great
Lily visit to the vet for stage 2 periodontists was excellent. However, 3 teeth had to be extracted. I am
thrilled with my pet insurance; it paid the the bulk of this expense procedure. I am guessing that I have
had VPI insurance for almost 15 years!!
