very good insurance
i am a insurance agent and sell for Nationwide for personal lines. Have heard from vets and other people about how bad pet insurance insurance is, and I inform them about nationwide and how good it is. I should probably be a agent on the pet insurance side also.

Responsive, Helpful, and Convenient
Figo has helped with all the issues I’ve encountered and have always been pleasant people to deal with. The app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I’ve been very pleased with the services and glad my dog was able to get his surgery. The reimbursement came back quick and I appreciate all the help along the way.

I am very happy with Nationwide. I am unhappy that I have been told that her monthly medications are covered when I call customer service, but when I send in her
claims, they are denied. I feel like that is very misleading. And I wish the claims were processed a little faster. Other than that, I am very happy with Nationwide Pet Insurance. Thank you for being there, "just in case".

Must have for your fur baby
I’ve had nationwide since getting my Emma’s using it for the routine stuff more than anything this year has been tough being diagnosed with bladder stones that were due to a uti our vet bills added up quickly I’m very impressed with nationwide and grateful to have insurance as the reimbursement really help sending claims in was so easy gives us some piece of mind during this trying time as we work with our vet and a nutritionist to get her back to 100% health thank you for being there for our Emma

My pet insurance helps take one anxiety off my mind.
Pet care can be expensive, but I also want my dog to live the best life she can. Nationwide makes filing claims and being reimbursed really easy, and I've felt supported through my pet's care. Having Nationwide pet insurance puts my mind at ease because I know I won't have to choose between what's best for my pet and the cost of the service.
