Embrace has been such a great company for us. We have dealt with several health issues and having an insurance has made it so much easier to take care of them. We have never encountered a problem with the claims. It is easy to communicate with the company and they really care. When our older dog passed away we received a handwritten card from Embrace, it was such a wonderful gesture. Claims process is very simple, one short form to fill out and most cases I just ask the vet office fax it over directly. I have nothing but positive to say about Embrace, I would highly recommend them.

Embrace Pet Insurance is one of the best decisions I have ever made for my pup. I can always rely on them to reimburse me for expenses related for care of my bulldog. We all know Bulldogs are known to have their issues, but I have peace of mind having them to cover his expenses. Chronic skin conditions, a dermatologist, and chronic issues with a cyst on his paw, I never have to think twice about being able to afford care for him. My 4 year old german shepherd tore her CLL and required surgery and thank god for accident insurance! I only pay $20/month and was able to get 90% of her surgery and expenses covered! ASPCA makes it SOOO easy to submit a claim and if you need anything, they pick up the phone straight away!

We have had Embrace for 3 years and have had 2 dogs covered. This insurance company is extremely fair in their reimbursement, and their process is easy and fairly quick. I have only had to call once, but that was just for information, and the person i spoke to was extremely courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

My golden retriever, Piper has been insured through Embrace Pet insurance since 2016 when she was a puppy. We take advantage of the wellness plan, which I consider a savings plan for preventative meds that I would be buying anyway. We have used the illness plan for minor illness and have had great customer service. I am retired and feel secure in the fact that as Piper ages, I'll be able to continue to give her good care because of the coverage Embrace supplies.
