Quick reply was appreciated. The fact that behaviour notations are not covered was disappointing. I know lots of dogs suffer from anxiety and to have a drug that helps them is important. Also getting a notice rates are going up and this is not covered wasn’t good. Overall we have been happy with Trupanion.

I can’t get through the copays. Always there. I know I made the choices but the way they don’t group things you pay the copay each time an incident happened. I am grateful I have it though

Because y'all are proving that you are fiscally irresponsible. Cheap unsolicited pet tags must cost y'all a stupid ammount in mailings and they are so low quality i bet hardly anyone uses them. Looking for a more responsible insurer.

I love the company but Piper had a Dorian when she was a yr old.
I love the company, but Piper had a Dorian when she was a yr old...then at 5 yrs after many backpacking , hiking trips, blew her knee and needed Tplo... Not covered ??
Still recommend though.

I had know idea my autopay bill was $84 a month!
I had know idea my autopay bill was $84 a month! And nothing had been covered. I’m poor and I would give anything to have all the money back that I have wasted. I would have thousands of dollars and would be able to pay cash for my pets health. What a lousy racket!
