Biscuit health insurance

I am totally satisfied with Nationwide Pet. Once Biscuit's deductible was met, Nationwide promptly laid 90% of vet visits.

Excellent!

Enjoy doing business with Nationwide. They are fast pay and representatives seem to care about your pets. Having 24 hr access to a vet by phone is also a wonderful benefit that comes with my policy.

No one in the industry does it better.

I've had multiple experiences with Pets Best over many years with multiple policies and with rare exception there is no one in the industry that does better. I recommend Pets Best at least weekly with our Customers and consumers I come in contact.

Overall, very pleased with Nationwide.

Apart from having to send a claim in 3 times to be reimbursed. I am very pleased with Nationwide's coverage and they send you your check in a timely manner.

Kind of a hassle

Baxter had a urinary crisis at the end of May. I submitted my claims on May 27 and they weren't completed until around August 10th. The delay was the review of medical records. They were requested and submitted in June, yet I was told 2 times that they were behind and the claim kept being pushed back. It was very frustrating. I was ready cancel my policy, but one of your supervisors came thru and saved the day. She contacted the medical records department and was able to get my claims taken care of in a couple of days. She even called my back as she said she would!

Highly recommend

I can’t say enough about how great this insurance is! My kitty got sick and was hospitalized for 5 days. I submitted the claims and they paid them in a couple of weeks. My cat has needed some follow up and and the claims have been paid so quickly! I don’t know what we would have done if my cat didn’t have this insurance? We could never have afforded to pay all of his bills. I’m forever grateful to the ASPCA insurance company!

I love Nationwide Pet Insurance

I purchased insurance for my 2 dogs after dealing with kidney disease and cancer with my other dogs. So far, it has been a great investment and I am covered if anything big comes along.

Raised rates

I am disappointed with the insurance. I got the full package because I thought everything would be included when adding wellness. That goes into my deductable unlike if I had just purchased this separately. Then Nationwide raised my yearly rate because I actually used my insurance. So I went online to look at what it would cost if I were a new customer I was quoted $32 a month vs the rate of $59. I'm looking for new insurance.
