Healthy Paws has been by my dog's side since I got her 3 years ago, through ear infections, injuries at the dog park, etc., but really came through for us when my dog broke her tooth and ended up needing an extraction. Through the fear of putting my dog under anesthesia, I also was scared about how I would afford the procedure and Healthy Paws came through for me with my coverage. I have never been more thankful for pet insurance than I have through this process. I also learned how much they care- I got a personal follow-up message asking how my dog was doing during her recovery. I recently considered switching pet insurance companies, but after this will be a Healthy Paws customer for the life of my dog and for any future pets I may have. Additionally, they keep making things easier when submitting claims- I have seen their process get more streamlined. They've always responded to claims quickly, but they also always beat their 10-day processing time.

You shouldn't make your customers pay out 100% to be reimbursed 90%. You could help more animals by paying once we pay our deductibles.

I am extremely happy that I chose Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I have my first puppy, Poppy, and she likes to eat everything! Well, she ate a piece of toy and needed to get an endoscopy to remove it. After everything settled, I filed my claim online which was very easy. They quickly informed me what information I needed to supply them. And right after getting that information, my claim was processed and got the check right away. I was very impressed. It was such a stress-free experience. Thank you.

My Saint Jebediah went through amputation of his left hind leg following diagnosis of osteosarcoma. I have made many calls to Trupanion over the past 2 weeks. There is more to come buy I can say with no hesitation that the folks there are not only helpful but knowledgeable and very caring. I want to especially mention Stephanie who took a personal interest in Jebbie. I could tell she really cared. As for coverage, the company has been great and once they get past the initial qualifying has been speedy as well. I don't know what I would have done without them.
