Don't Buy This Insurance
I am not normally someone who writes reviews or complaints of a business, but Pet's Best Insurance was so egregious in their blatant lack of service, I need to warn others they are nothing more than a scam. They claim their policies cover basic veterinary care and diagnostics, yet they deny every claim submitted to them without any honest or thorough reasoning. So if your pet has a more serious issue, definitely don't count on them covering anything. Their business model is quite clearly to be the insurance company who denies all claims and keep collecting their monthly rate until the policy holder cancels. They never pick up the phone, are impossible to correspond with, and take weeks to review any claims filed. Do not buy this insurance! They will not help your pet and are only trying to take money from you.

Great experience
Very quick response and supportive during a very stressful time when our pooch was VERY Ill. Thank goodness- now he is on the mend thanks to our pet insurance allowing us to easily make medical decisions knowing we were backed by our insurance.
