Best insurance company I've ever dealt with!

I was nervous when reading reviews online about pets not being covered because of random preconditions. We had neuter surgery. I called before to express my concern. Someone answered right away and let me know that all should be fine and I should be covered. We received payment a week or two after submitting claim and my previous claims all came in at the same time! Very happy!

I have been so happy with my VPI/Nationwide Pet insurance. The claims process is easy, the reimbursements are quick, and the coverage is great. I recommend this insurance to all of my pay parent friends and will continue to purchase for any pets that come into my like in the future. It’s worth every penny!

We are now going through our dogs Second ACL surgery within a 2 months frame. After his first we were pleased with how much we got back and the time frame in which it was processed. After 5 weeks the dog managed to rupture his second ACL and we had to go through the entire process again. While we are still waiting for this one to clear I have no doubt it will go as smoothly as last time. It is such a sigh of relief when you are able to care for your pet the best that you can and react in emergency situations knowing you have help coming. I don't know where we would be if we had to cover both of these at once on our own and it makes us very happy that we can provide for our pet the same way you would any other member of the family.

I am so glad I decided to do this. He hasn't really had an sick visits only well visits, but it is very easy to file the claims. I have some peace of mind that if indeed something happens to our dog, we will be able to take care of him. Thank you.

I first got Pet insurance back in 2007 with my first dog, Kacey. Back then it wasn't as good as it is now. Kacey past away in 2016 due to Leukemia, and I adopted Marvin shortly after. He was about 5 or 6, a rescue dog. I researched all the new & different pet insurance companies for days, I finally went with Healthy Paws, they had the best coverage for my needs. And boy has it paid off! Marvin recently spent a few hours at the emergency vet, and subsequently a trip to a neurologist for an MRI. Healthy Paws made the claim process so easy & they covered everything 90% (due to the policy I have, less the office visit charge) & in a very timely manner. They even continue to cover his paid meds related to his injury. You hope that you will never need it, but you don't know what will happen, for a small monthly payment you get peace of mind with Healthy Paws! ASPCA insurance coverage has been invaluable for our puppy Maddie. Maddie is our family's first dog and is now just over 1 year old. Maddie has been very active as a puppy and has got herself into a bit of mischief as a pup. ASPCA Insurance has always been there to help Maddie with any illness or accidents that occurred to her.
