Quick, easy and friendly!

My claim went fast. Of course I provided all his health history ahead of time and the injury was strait forward.

They have been amazing with dealing with getting the information I need for my pup during a huge and stressful time. The only reason I didn’t choose 10 was because there was a bit of a SNAFU and I had to get the vet clinic involved to get my pup her preapproval for a new procedure for a condition that she was already approved for. The stress of this when dealing with a Neurological condition wasn’t helpful, especially when I called a day before the procedure and was told everything was ok and only realized that was not ok when I didn’t receive the approval call/email the day of the procedure.

They have been so helpful. Our pets need the best. Its nice to feel we have the best ins. To keep our pets healthy. Thanks so much for caring Darleen allen

Submitting the claim was easy, I got a friendly call from customer service to verify some of the information about my cat’s past vet history, and the claim was resolved very promptly. So far haven’t met my per-condition deductible, but as a result of how they handled the claim without pushback, I feel very confident I won’t have to fight to get future claims related to the condition accepted as such—if there’s any doubt, I know they’ll just call me, ask politely, and believe what I say. It sounds obvious, but comparing it against my past experiences with most human health insurance, who usually send you snail mail saying they delayed or denied the claim due to inconsistencies and it’s on you to call them back, or you may even need to go through an appeal process to prove what you are merely clarifying. In short, I feel very confident this insurance was a worthwhile purchase and I will gladly stick with it for the rest of my cat’s lifespan, as the per-condition lifetime deductible plan promotes.
