Peace of mind at a great price!
I love Embrace! The policy I have for my Roxy is comprehensive, easy-to-understand, and gives me so much peace of mind. Filing a claim is simple and my checks come within a week after filing. Customer service is helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond. I've used the benefits a lot already in just one year and confidently say my monthly premium is money well spent.

Embrace...Unfair Policies Regarding Anything Small
Embrace has covered the more expensive emergency items which was nice BUT they have unfair policies regarding smaller claims. My dog had diarrhea before I started my policy. So they say that is a pre-existing condition and I would have to wait 12 months before they will cover any diarrhea issues. WELL...my dog made it 10.5 months with no diarrhea and recently had a bad case so I took her in. Embrace denied the claim even though she was only about a month and a week or two away from being cleared. Now I have to wait another 12 MONTHS for them to cover diarrhea. I don't know about you and your dogs but dogs get diarrhea from time to time more depending on many factors. I take very good care of my two yr. old dog. But I also socialize her and she can catch things from other dogs. Personally, I think humans get diarrhea more than once a year. How can they expect a dog to not get diarrhea for 12 months?! Seems unfair and a loop hole so they don't have to cover it.

satisfaction guaranteed!
my 4 footed bestie tore a ligament. She's 12 and acts like a 2 yr old so trust me when I say that this was very disturbing for her as she couldn't do a lot for awhile. I would do anything in the world for her which is why I have insurance on her to make sure she is taken care of by EVERYONE. I am not disappointed. This organization steps up to the plate when needed, in a very expedient manner. I proudly brag to all my furry friend owners about the ASPCA insurance. The expedient way they respond is, by far, the most heart warming feeling in the world!!

They look for any reason to deny coverage.
I can no longer recommend embrace. My dog had an allergy like cough over the summer prior to getting coverage. The vet said to try Benadryl and it helped! Months after purchasing coverage, she started collapsing. It was due to pulmonary hypertension and secondary heart enlargement. Initially, embrace was covering the claims, and then suddenly decided that since a symptom of pulmonary hypertension is a cough (which in her case is a completely different cough that allergy medications haven't helped with), they will no longer cover her costly monthly medications or any of the veterinary visits related to either the hypertension or her heart. They look for any way to link conditions and I had visits and procedures done after they told me I was covered for this. Now I'm left in debt with no coverage....I can no longer recommend embrace. If your pet is young and has virtually no issues besides wellness is the only circumstance in which I'd ever purchase their coverage again!

Best pet Insurance
My 11 year old cat "Sunshine" was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. Embrace promptly paid a claim ($700) for an innovative iodine injection treatment (T-131 therapy) to remedy her problem. 2 months ago Sunshine was diagnosed with intestinal cancer and is currently in treatment. Once again Embrace has stepped up and paid all claims so far for her treatment without hesitation. Claims paid have totaled around $3200.00. This company is the "real deal". Anytime I have called with questions they have promptly provided me excellent service and their diligence in fast claim payment is the best. I tell everyone how pleased I am with them and will continue to use them in the future.

Happy dog again
My Siberian Husky had a torn ACL and required very expensive surgery to fix it. My daughter and I scraped money together to pay the cost of the surgery up front even as we sought pre-certification for the surgery. Embrace reimbursed us for most the cost of the surgery within two weeks of Cassady's surgery. They also reimbursed fully the cost of extra x-rays and medicine required. Prior to that, the same Husky had a serious infection in one of her toes, and again, Embrace reimbursed us for the cost of her care. I am really glad to have learned of this company and I appreciate it more than words can say.

With my giant breed dog, come giant vet bills
Wow I don't even know where to start. I have a purebred Great Dane and after he eat a cookie wrapper the vet bill cost me $311.00 that I was not expecting to pay. I asked the vets office who they recommend for insurance and they said ASPCA. That same day I called and purchased a policy and what a great move this was. I realized very quickly with a giant greed dog come giant bills. ASPCA has been an amazing insurance plan and heck my dog has better health care coverage that I do and at a fraction of the cost. You can't go wrong with these folks. Even signing up was a pleasure and the ongoing customer service is incredible. I just had an incident with my dog on new years day while I was out of town. Doggie day care had to rush him to emergency where a procedure was performed and Paws is doing great. It was very comforting to know that this insurance was in place and needed. The reimbursement was back in my account 1 week later. On behalf of my Great Dane, Paws, thank you ASPCA for taking great care of me. Have an awesome day.
