This is my second review for Embrace, regarding claims service for my nine year old cattle collie cross. I had insured him barely over a year when he began limping. At first the vet thought it was just arthritis, for which he began expensive, monthly injections of adequan; but we eventually discovered a torn cranial crucial ligament (CCL), with TPLO surgery recommended as the most beneficial option. Throughout the entire process and not during rehab, the staff at Embrace have been efficient, polite, respectful, responsive, and sympathetic. I receive prompt confirmation with each claim they receive, followed about a week later by a determination, which has always been that the claim has been covered, including the continuing adequan injections. In this era of substandard customer service, it is reassuring to find a company that demonstrates exceptional customer service through its actions, rather than by disingenuous platitudes.

I have three dogs of different breeds insured with ASPCA. Since being insured they have had to go to the emergency vet for intestinal issues and my youngest had to have knee surgery followed by rehabilitation for six weeks. All I had to do was take a picture of the bill, explain what happened and submit it. The claims were always paid within 2 weeks.

Nationwide has good communication; they email me when they receive a claim and send the reimbursement check shortly thereafter.

I shopped around for pet insurance when we bought our first dog and ultimately landed on Nationwide. About 10 days after my policy became effective - my puppy ate a sock and needed surgery to remove the obstruction. I'm glad i had the policy at that time and everything has been smoothe sailing. I would recommend this company to any other pet owner(s)

Prior to purchasing my policy, I read the coverages. As a result, I understood what was covered and what was not. I needed a policy to cover accidents and unexpected illness. I also wanted reasonably quick resolution if/when I filed a claim. I have not been disappointed and would comfortably recommend Figo.

Routine puppy check up, micro chip, shots. They covered most of it & got our claim back within a week!! Great service, highly recommend

It's funny how human health insurance covers routine procedures, but pet health insurance has as many restrictions as a Carson's coupon, and we all know what happened to Carson's. At this point, I am surprised that pet insurance even covers anything and have been strongly considering canceling my policy, the math doesn't add up as I could break-even with the full year premium savings to the full year vet costs. It seems like the only real coverage I'd get is if my bear of a dog gets hit by a car.

Every time I've talked to someone from Trupanion, it is so obvious that they truly love pets. Talking to Tabitha was no exception. I'm glad I've chose them for my pet insurance needs.
