I am always pleased with the service I get from Pets Best.

We had a question about coverage- clarity, if you will. Customer service just repeated the info that wasn’t clear. It’s like they were reading from a script and would not directly answer our question. Otherwise, we are happy with insurance.

The Rep that spoke with me was very courteous, professional, and patient. He also seemed genuinely concerned about my Dior!

We are forever grateful that we have Healthy Paws for our dog. We would do whatever it takes for our sweet boy to be healthy. Healthy Paws gives us a peace of mind that we will be able to afford to do that. Healthy Paws allows you to customize your plan based on how much you want covered and refunded versus how much you want to pay a month. The process to submit a claim is so easy - my vets office was even impressed. A few clicks on the app and you are done! They communicate effectively where they are in the process. Granted, we are all looking at the pet insurance for monetary reasons but Healthy Paws goes a step further and they have called and e-mailed to check on our dog and how he is doing, after we submit a claim for a major event (ear hematoma, knee surgery, etc.). I cannot say enough positive comments about Healthy Paws - you won't regret it!

So happy I purchased pet insurance for my mischievous Goldendoodle!! Nationwide's claim process is so easy and it's great knowing that in an emergency at the vet, the financial commitment is not something i have to stress about.

Our Weezie eats anything and everything (mulch, sticks, etc.). We try to intercept but we can’t watch her 24/7. She had a small bowel obstruction and had to stay overnight at the vet taking IV fluids to try and flush it out. Fortunately it worked so she didn’t need surgery. Healthy Paws was there for us and we received a check in a timely fashion. They were courteous and caring and even followed up to make sure Weezie was feeling better. We’ll definitely stick with them!

ensurance works great and i am satisfied, but this year my primes increased significantly :-(

Re’Ko is doing great. He gets his stitches out Friday.

Got email from you said you were glad to be able to help on our claim and the claim it self was rejected for a stupid reason.
