Awesome!
I have had two claims with Nationwide. The first claim was paid out in approximately 10 days. The second claim was paid in under 3 days. I read reviews after buying the insurance and became skeptical. I stuck with it, and could not be happier.

My experience with you has been very positive as far as timely replies, courtesy, and quick resolution to claims. You are very expensive though.

Claim turn around time is improving
I'm happy to see the claim turn around time improving. It would be more efficient if a claim form wasn't required with every claim. I am shocked at my recent rate increase for one dog to an additional $60/mo premium. I can't recommend at this time because I'm waiting to see what the rate increase will be on my other dogs policies. I am happy with what is covered and at the rate; this is the reason to have pet insurance. I'll never be without it again.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is wonderful
I can't say enough good things about Nationwide. I have friends with other pet insurance that don't compare to Nationwide even a little bit. Kevin was the person I talked to about pet insurance and I have to say his customer service is the best!! I still call him when I have questions. He never makes me feel like I am bothering him or that my questions are stupid. He's very understanding and supportive. I have been recommending Nationwide to all my friends and family!! I wish my own insurance was this easy!
